The application is divided into sections, and each section must be completed in full before you will be able to submit your application.
Participation in the forum is completely free of charge. To enhance the delegate experience, we are offering two distinct packages tailored to provide a comprehensive and fulfilling forum experience and its not compulsory.
Youth Delegate : Aged below 18-32 (Eligible for Partial Funding purely on merit basis only*)

Package includes:
Shared Accommodation:
Comfortable shared lodging for the entire duration of the conference, ensuring convenience and a community experience.
Meals:
All meals included for forum two days, covering breakfast (3 packs), lunch (2 packs), dinner (3 packs), and refreshments.
Delegate Kit:
A comprehensive kit containing essential materials, conference agenda, stationery, and branded merchandise.
Transportation:
Shuttle service between accommodation and the conference venue, ensuring timely and easy transit.
Support Services:
Delegates will receive On-site assistance, including information desks, medical aid, and technical support.
