About the Award

The IYF Global Changemaker Award is one of the most prestigious recognitions presented at the International Youth Forum (IYF). It honors outstanding young individuals who are making a measurable impact in their communities and beyond, aligned with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) and Universal Human Rights.

This award celebrates innovation, resilience, leadership, and a deep commitment to social transformation. Whether through education, climate action, technology, peacebuilding, or gender equality—young changemakers deserve to be seen, heard, and supported.

Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from individuals who meet the following criteria:

Age: No Age Limit
Nationality: Open to all countries
Focus Areas: Projects or initiatives related to any of the 17 SDGs, including but not limited to:
- Climate Action
- Gender Equality
- Peace and Justice
- Quality Education
- Health and Well-being
- Innovation and Social Entrepreneurship
Proven track record of impact (local, national, or international)
Demonstrated leadership, innovation, and community engagement

How to Nominate

Nominations can be submitted by the candidate themselves or by another individual/organization.
